The program produces a Trained Partner Directory. When owners contact WMS asking who can service their equipment, we provide them with the Trained Partner Directory.

When participation requirements are met, WMS adds the company and the technician's name to the directory. To maintain a listing, technicians must complete two trainings every 12 months.

Expect a practical, WMS-led training focused on real-world applications, troubleshooting, and mechanical system operation. Attendees will also have ongoing access to WMS technicians and parts specialists for future support.
